Green is one of those colors that looks good on just about every eye and skin color. It pops on brown eyes and looks rich on deep dark eyes. It compliments blue eyes and looks amazing on violet eyes. It even looks nice on green eyes.
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil in Covet is a blue-toned medium-dark green with hints of silver glitter. The glitter isn't super apparent but it's there. In no way would I consider this liner a glitter liner. It has a semi-metallic finish with catches light and has a great effect. Since it is on the cool side it would be easier for someone with cool tones to wear but I think all will be able to make it work.
I don't know what it is about hot weather but it makes me want to stick to more earthy colors in my makeup. I am excited to do a FOTD post since my skin is finally back to normal after a few weeks of rediculousness. So enjoy, kittens...
Hey Kittens! I recorded a video on how to rock fierce red lips 3 different ways. A red lip does take special techniques to really work right. In this video I demonstrate 3 different products, each with their own techniques. I finally found the name of the Illamasqua lipstick in my cosmetics inventory. Yes, I keep one of those like a crazy person. haha!
Products used:
Lush Lip Scrub, Sweet Lips Sephora Lip Attitude, Star Chapstick, Moisturizer (the blue tube) Urban Decay 24/7 lip Pencil, Ozone Mac Mineralize Skinfinish (any powder should do) Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar, NSFW Illamasqua, Encounter
For my makeup today I really wanted to incorporate some chartreuse green. It is one of my favorite eyeshadow colors to wear and I really think it looks especially great on people with green, blue or grey eyes.

Last week I wrote the post below. This week the rumor was confirmed and the new packaging has already shipped! There is indeed a new packaging of Primer Potion. However there are some thing to note:
• The original bottle cost $18.00 and contains 10 ml/ 0.34 US fl. oz. ($1.80/ml) • The new PRO package cost $29.00 and contains 25ml/ 0.85 US fl. oz. ($1.16/ml) • New packaging only available in original formula (for now) • It's available on Urban Decay's website and Sephora.com. No sign of it on ulta's site, yet.
The Pro size is definitely a better deal for the money. If you use the heck out of the stuff, it's perfect due to the amount of product you get. It's is ALSO great for people who don't use it every day because the product will not dry out like it does in the original packaging. Overall, this update is a WIN!

Rumors have been swirling around the interwebs about a possible squeeze-tube packaging change for Urban Decay's wildly popular Primer Potion. Just moments ago Urban Decay posted this to their twitter account (@UrbanDecay411)
"SQUEEZE ME..."
Is this confirmation that the Primer Potion packaging will be changing? I HOPE SO! I'll keep you all posted on any new developments in the case.
Today's makeup is a smokey, fiery eye, tan cheeks and sheer red lips. I hadn't used my Urban Decay deluxe shadow in the color Heat in a long time, so I did a look using it. Maybe I just had fire on the brain because there was a CRAZY fire in an apartment building down the street from me last night. I know, that's terrible inspiration. Thankfully there were no serious injuries.

Today's look lightbox (do we like that name?) is inspired by summer sunsets. Its oranges and pinks on the eyes, pinky cheeks and coral/peach lips.
