This week's mani monday has a bit of a nautical theme but no blue or anchors are anywhere to be found. For my base color I used O.P.I. Stranger Tides from the Pirates of the Carabean collection. I then topped it with a coat of China Glaze, White cap. Stranger Tides is hot on its own but when topped with the sheer glittery amazingness of White Cap it turns into a beautiful, golden, glittering sea foam. Enjoy!
